$39 for 30 minutes +$15 to bring a friend

$59 for 60 minutes +$15 to bring a friend

Unlimited cold plunge monthly membership $99

Unlimited fire & ice monthly membership $150

Can I experience the Fire & Ice room with a friend?

 Yes, our plunge and sauna fit two persons comfortably and you can bring a friend for just $15 with your membership.

What are the temperatures set to in the Fire & Ice room?  

The cold plunge ice tub is set to 49 degrees F and the sauna is set to 155. These can be customized by request.

Do I have to follow the recommended protocols and suggested sequences?  

We offer guidance, however, you are in complete control of your experience. Please exercise caution at all times.
